These terms apply when you use snaptosubmit.com, run by SnapToSubmit. By using the site, you agree to them. Last updated 2 November 2026.
What we provide
Tools to take, size, check and print photos and files for official applications. Free tools are provided as they are. Paid photos are delivered as digital files once payment is complete.
Not a government service
We are an independent service, not connected to any government agency. Each authority makes its own decisions about the photos it accepts.
Your responsibilities
- Only upload photos of yourself, or of someone who has agreed, or a child you are responsible for.
- Answer the confirmation questions honestly, for example about glasses or filters. Our checks rely on them.
- Check the official requirements for your application before you submit.
- Don't misuse the site, for example by trying to break it or get around payment.
Our checks and guarantee
Our tools check the rules that can be measured from a photo, such as size, head position, background and lighting. We can't guarantee that an authority will accept a photo, because they also judge things a computer can't. That's why paid photos come with a money-back guarantee. See our refund policy.
Payments
Prices are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by our payment provider, which acts as the seller of record and handles sales tax.
Content and copyright
The site's design, text and code belong to SnapToSubmit. Your photos belong to you.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the photo concerned. We're not responsible for delays or costs caused by an authority's decision, but you can claim a refund as described in our refund policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
