About SnapToSubmit

SnapToSubmit makes the photos and files you need for official applications simpler to get right. Our tools help you take a passport or visa photo at home, size it exactly for your document, and check it against the official rules before you submit it.

How we work

• We follow the official rules. Every requirement page links to the government source and shows when we last checked it.
• We don't edit your face or background. Many authorities, including the US State Department, reject digitally altered photos. We guide you to take a good photo, then crop and check it.
• Your photos stay on your device. Our tools run in your browser. We don't upload or store your photos.
• We're honest about limits. If a document needs a studio photo, such as a Canadian passport, we say so and don't sell it.

Independent service

SnapToSubmit is not a government website and is not affiliated with any government agency. You can always get photos from a photo studio or, where allowed, take them yourself for free.
